工作职责：
- 依照课程大纲，在课程总监的指导下有效完成授课
- 对授课班级具体情况，课程大纲及课程计划进行记录
- 在课程总监的要求下准备考试，负责监考并进行试卷批改
- 定时定量给学生布置家庭作业，及时批改并对依此学生进行指导
- 通过课堂表现，家庭作业及每周测试了解并掌握学生学习进步情况
- 在定期家长会上对学生情况进行反馈
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学位，英语专业，口语流利，并通过英语专业八级；
- 有一年以上相关工作经验，或教育领域工作经验者优先
- 有较强的表述能力，良好的沟通能力和协作精神，良好的洞察力，热爱本职工作，耐心细致，责任心强。
Position: English Teacher
Responsibility：
- Teaching in an effective and appropriate manner according to the ACE Certificate syllabus and the guidance of the ACE Certificate Course Leader.
- Keeping records of material covered in each class and of course outlines and lesson plans.
- Preparing tests and contributing to invigilation and marking at the request of the ACE Course Leader.
- Regularly setting and marking homework and to offer appropriate feedback and guidance to students through this process
- Monitoring students’ progress through class performance, weekly test results and homework produced.
- Providing feedback to students and parents at regular parents’ meetings
Qualification：
- Bachelor Degree or above，English mayor especially good at spoken, a certificate of TEM8 is required
- More than 1-year work experience in education or other relating areas is preferable
- With better ability in expressing and communicating, spirit of collaborating and passion for this job, good insight and strong sense of responsibility
